Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy which means that the product must be returned within 14 days after it has arrived. In the case of a buyer wanting to issue a refund, the buyer must provide a reason for why the product is being returned. The buyer must send proof of product if arrives faulty or damaged. If the damage is an issue that can’t be resolved then the product will be returned back and the buyer will receive a refund after the product has been inspected. In the scenario where the product is being returned due to it being faulty/damaged, the reshipping process will be free of charge. In any other scenario, the buyer must pay for the reshipping of the item being returned. If the product is being returned for any reason other than damage then a refund will only be issued only if there is no sign of use on the product. To show proof, pictures must be sent. The product must be in its original condition with tags and packaging in order for a refund to be approved. We will inspect the product after it is returned and we will contact the buyer to let them know if the refund has been approved.
